Refund Policy

Joy Centered Life (“Company”) and Gwen Lepard ("Owner") appreciates and thanks you ("Participant") for your trust in allowing us to support your transformation. 

If access has been given to Company’s membership area and Participant has accessed those materials, no refund will be given. Once a group program begins, a session or the first session in a package is delivered, there are no refunds for any reason. 

If Participant needs to reschedule an appointment, Participant must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If Participant does not cancel an appointment with at least 24-hours’ notice, Participant forfeits the appointment and will not receive a refund or be permitted to reschedule that appointment. If Participant reschedules with at least 24-hours’ notice Participant will need to book and complete the rescheduled appointment within 30 days of the original canceled appointment. If Participant repeatedly cancels and reschedules appointments, the Company reserves the right to refuse to work with Participant, and no refunds will be issued. 

If Participant purchased any program with one-on-one session(s), Participant must complete those sessions with Company within 12 calendar months after purchase after which the Company reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of the sessions.

Company offers a full refund on individual Coaching Packages, minus a $1000 non-refundable deposit, for cancellations that occur before the start of Participant first session. No refunds are given after the start of the first session.
